Any customer who purchases a KIMBREL billiard table can register as a KIMBREL member for free via the "KIMBREL" official WeChat account by following the instructions.

Each member is allowed only one membership account. You must provide true, accurate, complete, and valid information to complete the real-name registration. After successful registration, you can log in to the KIMBREL website and WeChat official account using your registered membership account and password to access KIMBREL services. Please update your information promptly if any changes occur.

Membership Tiers

Standard Card: Granted upon purchase of any KIMBREL billiard table.
Silver Card: Achieved when cumulative spending under the KIMBREL brand reaches ¥350,000.
Gold Card: Achieved when cumulative spending under the KIMBREL brand reaches ¥1,000,000.

Priority Service Policy: Member requests for after-sales issues with billiard tables are prioritized.
Professional Billiard Training: Members can participate in technical training sessions (fees apply).
