**Sales Director**

**Job Responsibilities:**
1.  Execute the company's marketing strategic plan, providing effective management and supervision during implementation.
2.  Build and develop the departmental marketing team, uniformly manage all team members, and provide assistance and guidance for sales staff in their business activities.
3.  Independently develop and expand business within the assigned region, formulate business development plans and specific implementation plans, and achieve sales targets.

2.  Strong market analysis, marketing, promotion skills, excellent interpersonal communication, coordination skills, and presentation abilities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
3.  Keen market insight, strong public relations and negotiation skills.

**Key Account Manager**

**Job Responsibilities:**
1.  Responsible for collecting customer information, developing high-quality customer resources, and expanding & deeply exploring various sales channels (e.g., designers, decoration companies, imported furniture stores, high-end clubs, hotels).
2.  Communicate with customers via phone, online channels, and visits to understand customer needs and develop new clients.
3.  Responsible for actively and effectively aligning needs with target key accounts; independently complete customer development, follow-up, negotiation, signing, and maintenance to achieve sales performance.
4.  Achieve team-set sales and other targets; responsible for formulating monthly and annual sales plans and organizing their implementation.

**Qualifications:**
